Election 2016 has been officially starting, some Filifinos traveled oceans and mountains just to cast their votes for the candidates of their choice. Among all the candidates, position for the presidency is the most important one.
Hours after upon opening the election 2016, there are already reports and complaints of malfunctioning of the PCOS machines- jamming, ink/ out paper issues on receipts printing.
