ELECTION 2016 - Who has the fate of being the President?

Election 2016 has been officially starting, some Filifinos traveled oceans and mountains just to cast their votes for the candidates of their choice. Among all the candidates, position for the presidency is the most important one.

Hours after  upon opening the election 2016, there are already reports and complaints of malfunctioning of the PCOS machines- jamming, ink/ out paper issues on receipts printing. Nevertheless, complaints have been recorded and written on a documented paper. A report says that, the complaints will be consolidated and will be part of the authorized minutes of the meeting.

On the other hand, post from CNN report stated the issues encountered during the election.
