Photos of #KathNiel are now circulating on media for their taken photos during the Election 2016.
Many people are embarrassed to see such acts and there are some who still tend to understand.
The COMELEC was strict and previously reminding that taking photos during election voting is not allowed. (Source: ABS-CBN News).
